Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
from our home to yours!
We have spent the last two weeks in our house off from work and without any other human interaction due to the tremendous snow that has fallen in the Portland metro area. By the time Christmas eve rolled around, we were both determined to get out of the house, join family and enjoy the last night before Christmas. Our Christmas eve and day was spent with good company and high quality homemade food with plenty of laughter to go around.
The day after Christmas we were on the search for an artificial tree for next year and many other years to come. Our criteria was 1. It had to be on sale and 2. It wasn’t t0o fake looking.
After looking around at a few stores, we found one at Fred Meyer that had mixed branches and was already Pre-lit which was a total plus! But the best part of all it was 75% off, you can’t get any better than that
Tomorrow is New Year’s Eve and no set plans yet. Things have been pretty low key which is nice to catch up on some much need Zzzzzzz’s.
