Beauty Storage & Organization IKEA Trip

After years of getting ready in the bathroom, I now have a makeup station where I can sit and get ready for my day at my leisure. I do my makeup, hair, and often paint my nails at this station. When friends come over I will use this room to do their hair & makeup needs and play around with scrapbooking crafts which is another hobby of mine. My first purchase towards this room was the from Big Lots ( I have also seen these at Target). The off white color gives a vintage armoire feel, feaux crystal knobs and a ...

HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY JEFF!

Today we went to The Original Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie’s Island! It is the one I always grew up going to and still looks the same. We started out our visit with a hay ride to the field where we picked “the perfect pumpkin” right off the vine! After our pumpkin picking we visited the produce market to pick up some seasonal butternut squash for soup later this week. In the produce market Jeff came across a ginormous Zucchini! Below is a picture of him holding it, we couldn’t believe how HUGE this veggie was! On our way out, we couldn’t leave without getting some hot sweet corn on the cob, yum! The weather was perfect, no rain and nothing but sunshine and smiles

To continue celebrating Jeff’s Birthday we are off to Outback Steakhouse for a nice steak dinner just the two of us!
